Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new pieces fit perfectly and make you feel amazing.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Plus Size Lingerie (if hygiene seal is broken or tags removed)
- Plus Size Swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed)
- Any items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer care team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any additional instructions specific to your return
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- Item(s) in original condition with tags
- Original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation (or return authorization email)
Step 4: Track Your Return
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number safe. ThreeWishes Store is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refund Processing
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Total Timeline: Typically 8-15 business days from when we receive your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to availability. The process is similar to returns, but please specify your desired exchange item in your initial request.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns
- Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
